Sea of Thieves is a popular action-adventure pirate game developed by Rare. The game was released in 20-8 but is now finally arriving on the PlayStation 5. Preceding the launch is a Sea of Thieves Closed Beta on PS5 where players can test the game out before its launch.

The Sea of Thieves Closed Beta on PS5 goes live on April 12th, 2024. Although no official launch time has been confirmed yet, it is likely to start at 11 AM GMT, the same as their previous beta tests.

The beta will then be live for three days, shutting down on April 15th, 2024, around 7 AM GMT. The game will then finally be released for the PlayStation 5 on 30th April 2024.If you haven't already, it is still not too late to sign up for the Sea of Thieves Closed Beta on PS5, giving you a preview of the game before you can finally play it at the end of the month.

Furthermore, the deluxe edition and premium editions of the game will set you back $49.99 and $59.99 respectively.

To pre-order the game on PS5 and play the beta, do the following -

Start your PS5 and visit the PlayStation store.
Search for "Sea of Thieves."
Pre-order any of the three editions as per your liking.
After doing so, search for "Sea of Thieves Beta" on the PlayStation store.
Download and install the app on your PlayStation 5.
Launch the app between April 12th and April 15th to enjoy the Sea of Thieves Closed Beta on PS5.
